Returns & Exchanges
Non-custom, ready-made items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items that are damaged or not in original condition may receive a partial refund.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items are final sale and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please verify all personalization and order details prior to checkout.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
We do not issue refunds via check, Venmo, PayPal Friends & Family, or to third-party accounts.
Duplicate payments or overcharges will be verified and refunded after full payment clearance.
Fraud Protection
Due to past scam attempts, we’ve implemented strict policies:
No refunds for overpayments.
